I need to read that book. It’s been on my radar for a couple of years but I haven’t gotten to it. One that I have read and gotten a creative boost from is Seth Godin’s The Practice: Shipping Creative Work.
I never got through the whole book unfortunately (it was back in the day when the library charged overdue fees). I read Seth Godin's The Practice too and liked it (based on my goodreads rating). I'll have to read it again though because I can't remember much from it now!
I'm definitely not a morning person so I understand where you are coming from Esta. Good on you for giving it a go though.
Well apparently with some effort, you can become a morning person, or so I've read ;) I'm yet to believe it!
Love these words, Esta!
Thanks Abby, I was actually pretty hesitate to put this into the world!
I love this!! I hear you. And I admire your tenacity.
Thank you :) I'm honestly not sure I can keep getting up earlier to beat my kids but I'll try for a little while at least.

Maybe we should start a creatives book club :)

My biggest takeaway was to show up and do the work and the rest would follow.
Pretty solid advice :)
