Hello makers,
Have you got ideas bubbling up for making your own calendar? If not, today’s inspiration is all about using collage to create beautiful, interesting, and creative images for your calendar.
I’ve never really explored collage techniques, other than helping my kids make this hot-air balloon picture for my Mum’s 65th birthday:
There was something quite freeing in cutting out lovely bright pictures from old magazines. And it’s great because you don’t need specialist materials, you can get old magazines and books from secondhand stores.

You have shown some amazing examples of collage Esta but of course my favourite has to be the hot air balloon my beautiful grandies made for my birthday with your help of course! Collage would be a great idea for making calendars too.
